Maurice La Crois celebrates 25th anniversary at Maurice Kassenbouw / Ammerlaan Construction

On September 8, it was exactly 25 years ago that Michel La Crois joined the Maurice Kassenbouw / Ammerlaan Construction group as CEO. Under his leadership, the companies grew to a staff of more than 100 with 'excellent business results.'

Maurice Kassenbouw and Ammerlaan Construction have become international players. In 2021 the companies acquired 50% of the shares of Cogas Climate Control B.V., and last year they agreed on a collaboration with German company Big Dutchman.

Michel: "The greenhouse horticulture sector is currently under a lot of pressure, which creates challenges for every company. We are convinced that we can offer solutions that enable sustainable, energy-efficient, and profitable projects. Automation and robotization are being integrated."

"In terms of internal innovation and investment, we are not sitting idly by either. The latest addition to our factory in Horst is a fully automated production line equipped with ten robots. We use it for the manufacture of rails up to 16 meters in length. This allows us, as a company, to react to the market quickly."
