After almost seven years at Royal FloraHolland, Anja de Bree (CHRO) is leaving to join Sligro Food Group's International Board as CHRO as from 1 March 2023.
Regarding her time at Royal FloraHolland Anja says: "I am grateful for all the things I had the opportunity to do at Royal FloraHolland. I cherish many nice memories of the past years and of the collaboration with many of the wonderful people in the company and in the cooperative. For me, the time has come to take on new challenges in a new environment. I will certainly miss Royal FloraHolland and wish both cooperative and company all the best for the future. I hope to be able to say goodbye to you personally in the coming period of time".

She has made an important contribution to our team, to HR, to the engagement of our employees and to our cooperative, especially in a challenging labour market. Although I would have liked to keep Anja on our team a bit longer, I wish her all the best in her new challenge.
The search for a successor for CHRO has started. Communication on this will take place as soon as more is known.
Anja de Bree has worked together with the team for a new collective labour agreement by working with the trade unions to arrive at the negotiation outcome we now have. This outcome is currently being presented during meetings with employees.
