After twelve years on the board of directors of Kuehne + Nagel International AG, Renato Fassbind will not stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting on May 9, 2023.
At the same time, Dr. Vesna Nevistic will be proposed for election to the board of directors of Kuehne + Nagel International AG. Dr. Nevistic, born in 1965 and a dual Swiss-Croatian citizen, holds a PhD in electrical engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich. She has extensive international experience in management consulting and investment banking, was a partner at McKinsey, including a focus on logistics, and was a managing director at Goldman Sachs. She currently runs her own consulting firm focusing on corporate strategy and transformation and is a board member at Compagnie Financière Richemont SA, among others.
