As the own webshops of the florists affiliated with Topbloemen.nl proved outdated and sometimes did not work on mobile devices either (they were not "responsive"), the webshop has partnered with Midmid, an online platform to which all affiliated florists have access.
"Each florist now has their own customer database completely separate from Topbloemen," says managing director Edwin van Arkel. "This is very secure, also in view of the AVG. All florists also have their own direct link to a payment provider. Things that are shared are, for example, the assortment. In this way, florists are now completely unburdened and can serve their customers in a professional manner. Win-win."
