Dutch companies merge

The Dutch company InFa Techniek is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. So, on March 3, they threw a party for direct customers and dealers. They also celebrated Arslan Ince's retirement and the takeover by Atrium Agri. InFa Techniek has joined PB tech, one of the companies in this growing greenhouse consortium.

InFa's premises was transformed into a party venue, including a balloon-decorated red carpet, TukTuks, a DJ, and food trucks. Guests were festively welcomed and could enjoy warm snacks and cold drinks. Staff gave guests a tour of the recently completed production area. But, there was also ample time for mingling.

Started as a two-person business
In their speech, Rinus Faasse and Arslan Ince told of how, over the last 30 years, InFa Techniek grew from a two-person business to a recognized horticultural installation company with technologically advanced water technology solutions and a dealer. "That would've been impossible without a great team of in-house specialists and a loyal circle of regular customers and dealers," Rinus and Arslan say.

Over the years, different water technology units were developed and perfected. "Innovation is InFa's success factor." InFa Techniek's expansion and its need to meet the client capacity of customers led to Rinus and Arslan's decision to join the PB group.

After the formalities, InFa Techniek staff and guests got the chance to share a drink or two. The 'night was certainly long and social.' It was a very successful, unforgettable company party, says InFa Techniek. They also offered a final thank you to Arslan, who is going on his well-deserved retirement.
