The streets of Subiaco will be spilling over with more than 10,000 fresh cut flowers from around the world to celebrate Mother’s Day.
Rokeby Road and Hay Street will be adorned with rainbow botanical creations from some of Perth’s top florists when the Subi Blooms festival returns for its fifth year from May 12 to 14.
Thirteen florists will take part, creating 14 huge outdoor arrangements on landmarks and in laneways throughout the town centre.
Visitors can stroll through the town to bask in the beauty and take photos with the creations, which are set to include a pair of bright pink beach lounge chairs in a sea of tropical flowers, a rainbow flower bench and pastel pair of floral angel wings.
The Flowergirl Perth owner Clare Cummings is preparing to take part again this year with two huge creations on the corner of Rokeby Road and Hay Street, and outside Linneys.
