What is new about My Florensis?
Based on the experience gained from their webshop over the past few years and in close collaboration with the customers, a completely new environment has been developed. Florensis main goals were focused on optimizing the webshop functionality, user-friendliness, and intuitiveness. An example of this is the customers' desire to quickly have insight into the status of their order. To achieve this, Florensis has developed a new overview page. This page lets customers see their upcoming deliveries for the next few weeks and shows them which orders require their attention.
