Brandkamp looking back on the FlowerTrials

"It was very well attended, we are satisfied"

Already two weeks ago, the FlowerTrials was in full swing. Vibes were positive, and the participating breeders seemed to have been very satisfied with the attendance. Also, Brandkamp had a presentation on Breeders Avenue at Takii in the Netherlands, together with 5 other breeders.

Leon Hünting and Jürgen von den Driesch of Brandkamp.

"After two years without Flower Trials due to the pandemic and a somewhat restrained restart in 2022, a full house was announced again this year. Above all, the partners, customers, and interested parties from Asian countries, especially China and Japan, who had been sorely missed in recent years, were back", says Jürgen von den Driesch of Brandkamp when looking back at this 4-day event.

At Brandkamp, the special focus and also the interest of the visitors was in products such as lantanas, fuchsias, and chrysanthemums. "Here, Brandkamp has been playing in the top league of breeding for a long time."

But there was also a strong increase in interest in their varieties of pelargoniums, dahlias, and thunbergias, he continues. "Some people were pleasantly surprised by what we now have to offer."

"All in all, many business connections could be re-established or completely re-established. We are very satisfied."
