During Steve's time at Priva, he has worked with Havecon many times on various projects. 'Havecon was able to help us with the entire expansion process from company layout to the design of the greenhouse system.' According to Flora Pack - Boekestyn Greenhouses, who stood out was Dean Starink. 'Dean Starink, our Project Manager, was able to help us with the challenges before and during the construction process. We faced many challenges with an extremely tight schedule that created additional stress during our project.'
The Flora Pack greenhouse was built during the COVID-19 period. This obviously brought many industrial challenges. For example, not all materials were in stock, and shipments were at times subject to extreme delays. During this time, Havecon showed a clear determination to Boekestyn Greenhouses to tackle this project and had a high reputation for delivering. Therefore, this was the deciding factor for Boekestyn Greenhouses to start working with Havecon.
When asked about the future of Boekestyn Greenhouses, the response was enthusiastic. 'We are excited about the future with the added production space. We are able to integrate new technology alongside our current systems to deliver more products while maintaining and improving the necessary level of quality.'
