In October, Bos Flowers & Orchids will become the owners of a new location in Monster, the Netherlands. That will give the grower more than two additional hectares of cultivation space where they will breed Cymbidium and Cambria orchids. The first Cymbidiums will enter the greenhouse in October 2023.
"By expanding our cultivation site, we can increase the number of exclusive orchids in both numbers per species and number of varieties," says a Bos Flowers & Orchids representative. The current assortment consists of Dendrobium Nobilé, Cymbidium, Cambria, and Paphiopedilum.
The company will be taking over the greenhouse from Kwekerij Atlantis. This company's plans were not yet known at the time of writing.
