From Tuesday, 28 January, to Friday, 31 January 2025, the plant breeder Kolster BV from Boskoop will exhibit at the international horticultural trade fair IPM Essen. You can find them at their usual location: Hall 1, Stand 1D39. At the stand, you'll have the opportunity to discover the products, concepts, and experts of Magical Garden Plants, Magical Hydrangea, Magical Cut Flowers, HOKO Breeding, and Vitas.
Two New Plants in the spotlight
During IPM, two new introductions from the Magical Garden Plants brand will be presented: Picea Magical Christmas and Thuja Magical Junior Giant. Both plants can be admired at Kolster's stand as well as in the Novelty Showcase at IPM.

The Fast-Growing Picea Magical Christmas
"Picea Magical Christmas is a fast-growing mini Christmas tree. This successor to Magical Santa is easy to decorate thanks to its sturdy branches, which are less prone to breaking. Like Magical Santa, Magical Christmas grows quickly, significantly reducing cultivation time. The needles of Magical Christmas spiral gracefully around the branches, adding to the tree's decorative appeal. The spruce can be displayed indoors during the festive season and later placed outdoors in the garden or on the patio. There, it will grow into a compact, well-shaped tree with a maximum height of 150 cm."

The Compact Thuja Magical Junior Giant
"Thuja Magical Junior Giant is a densely packed, well-shaped conifer. It grows compact and wide, making it suitable as a standalone plant or for creating evergreen, dense hedges that reach a height of 4.5 to 6 meters. Its compact growth significantly reduces pruning efforts. This shrub is characterized by its dark green, feather-like branches, which emit a pleasant fragrance. Its exceptionally long lifespan of up to 40 years makes it a sustainable investment for gardens and landscaping projects."
