Horticulture industry raises over £3,800 for Perennial at Partners Pie and Pint event

The Partners, Pie & Pint event was held at Steam Wine Bar, Monument, London and welcomed nearly twice the number of attendees as in previous years.

Perennial Chief Executive, Jamie Gault, expressed his appreciation: "We are immensely grateful to the many Perennial Partners and their guests who supported the event. It was wonderful to see the community coming together to raise money and help us to continue our work to build better futures for people in horticulture and their families."

David Dodd, owner of Pots and Pithoi and founder of The Outdoor Room was quiz master-extraordinaire, keeping the 96 attendees engaged and entertained throughout the evening.

Auction and raffle prizes were generously donated by many of the organizations who attended - all helping to make a vital contribution to the success of the evening and raise essential funds for Perennial.

Steve Harper, CEO of Southern Trident: "It was a wonderful opportunity to bring some of our customers along and connect with industry colleagues in a relaxed and friendly setting. Being a Perennial Partner means so much to us, as the charity plays a vital role in supporting the people who make our industry thrive. We encourage everyone to get involved with this incredible cause."

Neil Stead, Steady Consulting: "The venue was packed with so many people from within the horticulture and landscaping industry, providing the perfect opportunity to catch up and, more importantly, raise funds to support this important charity. The hosts put on a fabulous event; the quiz and quiz master were epic, and the pie and pint(s) went down very nicely!"
