Dümmen Orange celebrates its 10th anniversary

Today marks a special milestone as Dümmen Orange celebrates its tenth anniversary.

On April 23, 2015, a group of established breeders and propagators, already united under one ownership, launched a single, bold new brand name: Dümmen Orange. However, while the name is just a decade old, the company's history extends much further back.

Many of the companies that shaped Dümmen Orange have deep roots—such as Ecke Ranch in California (established in 1906) and Bartels in the Netherlands (established in 1934). Others brought their own legacy and expertise into the global family. The company has celebrated many milestones over the years, like 25 years in Uganda (2023), 40 years in Embu, Kenya (also 2023), and this year, 25 years in North America.

Over the past 10 years, Dümmen Orange has grown together across continents and cultures—driven by innovation and a shared love for floriculture. A great example is the launch of Intrinsa® in 2020, a major step forward in genetic disease resistance.
