On September 17 and 18, trade visitors from the green sector will have the chance to explore new concepts and highlights at the Gardengirls Heidelights event. This year, the event will offer a preview of plans for 2026. For the first time, the novelty fair will be held in Geldern-Pont, Germany, while still remaining connected to the PlusPlants customer days. The new venue provides more space to showcase the extensive range of heather plants.
During the Heidelights event, Gardengirls will showcase its NEXXT varieties, known for their vibrant colors, long shelf life, upright growth, and dense bud formation. These varieties, developed through targeted and innovative breeding within the Gardengirls group, offer a broad range of colors. As in previous years, the Heidelights event provides an opportunity to experience various concept lines firsthand. Trade visitors can find inspiration from selections like the velvety Fluffy heather, the Updown Girls, the Sunset Girls, and the Lönneby heather, which all encapsulate the essence of autumn.
Gardengirls highlights the extended sales period of their entire range. Erica cinerea and Daboecia varieties kick off the season early, while the Gardengirls Nexxt Late Line allows the sales season to extend well into the winter. "With our new varieties and sales-boosting concepts like Fluffy Kiss, Gardengirls can infuse fresh energy into the autumn season," summarizes Claus Geißler, Managing Director of Gardengirls.
