US: McHutchison promotes from within for new sales representative

McHutchison recently promoted Colton Carter as new sales representative for Tennessee, Northern Mississippi and Northern Alabama.

Carter, a native of Raleigh, North Carolina, has professional experience in the horticulture industry and looks forward to continuing his growth with McHutchison in this current role.

"We are very happy to add Colton to our extremely talented sales team," said Ken Turrentine, President of McHutchison. "He will be able to build on his strong horticultural knowledge and utilize his exceptional customer service skills with our organization."

Carter started his career working in a variety of roles including turf grass specialist at Nature's Select Triangle, sales representative at MNI Direct, and assistant grower at Metrolina Greenhouses where he worked with spring annuals, mums and poinsettias. He joined McHutchison in 2024 as a customer service representative where he supported sales efforts and served customers nationwide prior to his promotion.
