Delaware Valley Floral Group, has acquired certain assets of KD & Company, specifically their locations in Richmond, VA, and Raleigh, NC. This strategic expansion underscores DVFG's continued commitment to strengthening its regional presence and delivering enhanced service to florists and event designers throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. KD & Company will continue to operate out of their Wheeling, IL, and Louisville, KY locations.
As part of the agreement, DVFG will assume operations of KD & Company's Richmond, VA, and Raleigh, NC locations effective Friday, October 17, 2025.
In Richmond, customers will now be serviced through DVFG's existing Richmond distribution center. This transition is designed to be seamless while providing customers with expanded product availability and enhanced service capabilities.
In Raleigh, DVFG will operate from KD & Company's existing facility, establishing it as a new distribution center. This expansion will extend the company's reach throughout the Raleigh region, including Wilmington, NC, and surrounding coastal markets, as well as parts of South Carolina. The new location will provide customers with greater product availability, enhanced service, and next-day delivery coverage.
