HortEx 2026 in Thailand receives AIPH International Approval

AIPH has officially granted approval to HortEx 2026 as a Category D International Horticultural Trade Exhibition. Organised by DLG Asia Pacific, Nova Exhibitions BV and VEAS, the three-day event will take place from 20–22 May 2026 at BITEC in Bangkok, co-located with Agritechnica Asia.

As a growing platform for Asian horticultural development, HortEx 2026 aims to connect global businesses with regional producers, distributors, and policymakers. The event will feature permanent halls, host more than 60% horticultural exhibitors, and is expected to attract up to 15,000 visitors.

AIPH Secretary General Tim Briercliffe commented: "Thailand is an exciting market for horticultural development, and this show provides a vital space for international and regional exchange. We're pleased to support the organisers in their goal to advance professional horticulture in Asia."

Managing Director of Nova Exhibitions, Kuno Jacobs, stated: "HortEx 2026 aims to serve the entire Asian horticultural industry by fostering stronger collaboration across borders. Our primary goal is to create a comprehensive platform that connects key stakeholders, from growers and distributors to technology providers and policymakers, throughout Asia. Hosting the event in Bangkok, a strategic hub for the region, makes it easily accessible and ideal for building regional partnerships. Co-locating with AGRITECHNICA ASIA, the leading trade fair for crop production and smart farming, further enhances the value of participation by linking horticulture with broader agricultural innovation."

HortEx Thailand 2026 joins its sister exhibition, HortEx Vietnam 2025, in receiving AIPH approval, demonstrating a broader commitment to regional trade and innovation in ornamental and edible horticulture.
