OZ Planten is preparing for a new chapter. Starting January 12, the company will move to a new facility at Sierteeltstraat 25 in Aalsmeer, the same address where Waterdrinker is located. With this relocation, OZ Planten is taking another step toward greater growth, efficiency, and future readiness.
It's important to note that this is not a merger. OZ Planten will continue to operate fully independently and maintain its own unique identity.

"We'll be moving into part of Waterdrinker's building, but we remain 100% OZ Planten," says Dana Meertens, CEO of OZ Planten. "Both companies will keep their own identity and work culture, while benefiting from a more efficient logistics location."
The new premises offer modern facilities that support further expansion and provide a stronger logistical setup. While the proximity to Waterdrinker opens the door to potential synergies within the floriculture supply chain, there will be no organizational integration between the two companies.
Being located on Sierteeltstraat also places OZ Planten closer to the flower auction and the logistical heart of the floriculture sector—a strategic move that fits perfectly with the company's growth ambitions. Renovations are already well underway, and the team is eager to get started in the new space.
