bygrowers acquires Rosa Danica

As of January 1, 2026, bygrowers A/S will take over Rosa Danica A/S, strengthening its position within Danish and European horticulture. The takeover is a key part of bygrowers A/S's growth strategy and supports its ambition to offer a broad range of plant varieties to both Danish and international markets.

The long-standing and close collaboration with W. Kordes' Söhne on the development of new Kordana® roses will continue unchanged. The acquisition also paves the way for new investments in product development, sustainable cultivation methods, and digitalization. With these initiatives, bygrowers A/S will be even better positioned to meet the market's growing demand for sustainable and innovative horticultural solutions.
