The 1st edition was held last year in September when 2 halls were needed to accommodate the 75 exhibitors that participated from many countries such as Turkey, Holland, France, Belgium, Spain, Kenya, Latvia, Germany, Iran, Italy and others. Organizers decided to hold the next edition in the first quarter of 2017.
This 2nd edition took place last week and reconfirmed the optimism of last year’s outcome of the fair. The organizers HPP Exhibtions: "Especially for technical hardware companies, such as greenhouse builders, machinery companies and other companies supplying products and services directly related to climate controlled production of vegetables, fruits, flowers and plants, this edition proved to be a key event for the Iran Horticulture sector. Among various other reported concrete sales, a large greenhouse project contract was signed. Exhibiting breeders also confirmed that IGTF is becoming an important platform for the Iranian cut flower, potted and bedding plant growers."
