MIP Manager - Denver (Colorado) USA







The MIP Manager is responsible for supporting and managing all departments within the MIP; Extractions, Packaging, Kitchen and New Product Development.  The MIP Manager is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.


Essential Duties


Procedures, Productivity, and Quality

  • Oversee LivWell and Infusiam Operations
  • Enforce all company policies and regulations
  • Manage employees, including hiring and developing, planning, assigning work, directing work, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, addressing complaints and resolving employee issues.
  • Understand and define each department’s daily processes and goals
  • Evaluate department performance and maximize efficiencies
  • Lead new product commercialization
  • Transparent and open communication with cross functional teams
  • Work to improve organizational performance
  • Ensure product quality is to company standards
  • Monitor environmental, laboratory and equipment safety
  • Assist with compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

  • Works under the direct supervision of the Sr. MIP Manager
  • Provides effective leadership and respect to employees to ensure a complete understanding and alignment to the Company’s Vision, Mission and Values
  • Maintains a positive Work Environment



Job Qualifications


Work Experience

  • Two or more years of experience working in manufacturing operations in a leadership role.
  • One to two years lab experience.
  • Knowledge and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Knowledge of safety rules for laboratory equipment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, DOMO, Smartsheets and Google mail, calendar, documents.
  • Solid organizational skills and a high-level attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates professional and respectful demeanor towards others.
  • Must be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the Colorado Department of Revenue, MED.



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • BA/BS in business, management, life, or physical sciences preferred.
  • Six Sigma or PMP Certification preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Able to use a computer and/or hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
  • Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, or warehouse environment.
  • Able to kneel, bend, reach, rotate, and stoop on an intermittent to regular basis daily.
  • Able to perform general office managerial and administrative activities.
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Regular and on-time attendance.
  • Hours regularly exceed 40 hours per week.
  • Up to 25% travel by conventional means including aircraft and motor vehicle to other locations as required.
  • Pay range is from 50,000-55,000/annually DOE
