Highlighted: Royal van Zanten, Danziger, Horteve Breeding, Morel Diffusion, Takii Seeds, Evanthia, Flora Nova, Thompson Morgan en Hilverda Kooij

Mixes, scented flowers, improved varieties and much more was presented at the FlowerTrials 2015, that was held in the Netherlands and Germany last week. 49 companies opened their doors and attracted many international visitors. We have already published an extensive Photo Report of the FlowerTrials. In this article, we will highlight some companies that presented their novelties in the Aalsmeer region, the Netherlands: Royal van Zanten, Danziger, Horteve Breeding, Morel Diffusion, Takii Seeds, Evanthia, Flora Nova, Thompson Morgan en Hilverda Kooij.


Royal van Zanten also hosted the breeders Danziger, Horteve Breeding and Morel Diffusion.

Royal van Zanten developed a deep purple Celosia, which is now in production at two Dutch growers. In order to promote this new variety, the growers came up with a remarkable promotional stunt: Celosia shoes!

At Takii Seed we talked to Jeroen Jongerius, here standing with the Cannova, a novelty with which the breeder won the Fleuro Select Award for best market entry.

At HilverdaKooij visitors could also take a look in the presentation greenhouse, right next to the showroom.
