MNP Flowers to introduce new varieties

MNP flowers (the Netherlands) introduces new plants and varieties from the Japanese breeder Suntory, among others, onto the European ornamental horticultural market. MNP flowers have several selection specialists, who all have in-depth knowledge of the European horticultural market. Together they select plants and varieties that suit this market perfectly. They are tested extensively at several testing locations. Next to that MNP flowers carries out market research for every variety, which is very important for “positioning” the product. They think about “product naming” and branding (logo, labels, pots, leaflets, website, etc.). Growers pay a licence fee for every Suntory Flowers Europe plant. MNP flowers recoups this licence fee to its business partners by creating marketing concepts, arranging free publicity and PR, safeguarding plant quality, etc.

Sundaville Mimi Red

NEW for 2019

After the successful introductions of SUNDAVILLE Apricot and Mini Scarlet last year. We're also coming out this year with a couple of exciting and promising novelties. These five novelties will also attend the IPM-Neuheitenschaufenster 2018 contest in January.

This year we are coming out with a new kind of Grandaisy, the Mum type. They have as well the big flowers that have made the reputation of the Grandaisy collection among the others Argyranthemum but with a compacter habit, together with shorter flowers stems and eye catching bright colors.

SUNDAVILLE | Mimi Red
The earliest Red Sundaville available on the market. Its compactness and earliness makes it particularly suitable for small pots like 9/10.5 or 12 cm that can be grown with or without a support. It can also give a nice plant in bigger pots, due to this very abundant and long lasting flowering. The medium size flowers have an intense classic red colour with a yellow heart.

- Super Early Blooming Mandevilla
- Suitable for small pots
- High rate of return, ideal for growers

SENETTI | White

A unique new beautiful colour to complete the classic Senetti® collection. Eye catching pure white petals with an intense dark blue heart studded with contrasting warm yellow pollen grains when the flower gets older. Compact plant with a nice dark green contrasting foliage and very abundant flowering.

- Unique white Pericallis
- Very Abundant flowering

GRANDAISY® | Ruby
Nice compact Grandaisy with big flowers and a dark green foliage. Its abundant flowering starts with flowers coloured with a hint of yellow turning into an intense red colour, enhanced by a yellow ring and a dark heart.

- Big flowers
- Compact growth habit
- Intense ruby red colour

GRANDAISY | Pink Tourmaline
This Grandaisy shows its full potential under a lighted environment, displaying big marbled vivid pink flowers with a white ring circling a dark contrasting heart. It has a compact habit with lighter green foliage and an abundant flowering.

- Big flowers
- Compact growth habit
- Intense pink colour

GRANDAISY | Gold
When this Grandaisy reaches its full flowering, it will immediately catch your eye with its full and matching flowers display, looking like a gold sea only punctuated by the dark brown rounds of its heart. This Grandaisy is very compact, making it easy to grow and with a perfect round mounding shape.

- Big flowers
- Compact growth habit
- Intense yellow gold colour

At the IPM Essen MNP flowers will present their new and exciting varieties in Hall 1 – C35
