Decorum awards prizes for best Decorum growers & buyers

True to tradition, growers union Decorum handed out the prizes for the best grower and best buyer of the year during the annual New Year reception. Voters were able to pick what stood out positively and might deserve a spot on the stage in the categories flowers and plants.

Best Decorum flower grower 2017
Borst Bloembollen received the first prize in the category 'Best Flower grower of 2017'. The connected flower buyers praise the assortment and the constant quality of this tulip grower. The intensive collaboration with the grower is also valued. Arcadia Chrysanten and Moerman Lilium ended in a shared second place. The third prize went to Jac. Oudijk.

Beste Decorum flower buyer 2017
The Decorum members chose J. van Vliet as the 'Best flower buyer of 2017'. They believe this company is a reliable customer who really goes for Decorum. Decorum buyers Hamifleurs and Enigma Flowers made second and third place within this category.

Best Decorum plant grower 2017
Dijk van Dijk won the title of 'Best plant grower 2017'. According to connected growers the quality of Dijk van Dijk is high and this grower always supplies top quality. The helpfulness of the grower and thinking along with the buyer is appreciated. Ter Laak Orchids won second place and third went to J&P Ten Have.

Best Decorum plant buyer 2017
In the category 'Best plant buyer 2017' OZ Planten received the most votes. According to the Decorum members OZ Planten consciously chooses quality and this exporter is the most involved Decorum buyer by far. Decorum buyers Hamiplant and Javado won second and third place respectively in this race.

During the Decorum Company New Year reception, at which around 150 guests (connected growers, buyers and contacts) were present, president John Grootscholten looked back at the past year and forward to the coming year. This mainly concerned the further development of the new Decorum brand image and the intensifying of existing and new collaborations.
