NL: FloraPlanet growers switch to sales support tool HortiHeat
HortiHeat has been specifically developed for floriculture growers. After going live mid-2017, 140 growers have already used the package. All growers of the FloraPlanet sales organization are also connected. With the package they can, among other things, send professional offers quickly and easily in a beautiful lay-out.
FloraPlanet and HortiHeat
Almost 60 growers of FloraPlanet used to work with PlantCommerce and have switched to HortiHeat. HortiHeat is a sales support tool that has a link with FloraXchange. Growers and sales organizations can easily put their products in a nicely arranged mail campaign and send this to one or more customers. In addition to sending the emailing, it is also possible to keep track of who has viewed this mail and to react to that. This development provides the aforementioned sales organizations with good insight into the sales and marketing activities of their growers. It is also possible to communicate internally in the package, to keep track of the tasks and customer contacts. Through campaigns that are mailed via HortiHeat, the sales of the growers get an extra boost.

It is useful here that the package has a link with FloraXchange, so that products can be added quickly in the mailings. Possibilities for growers
Offers, quotations and price lists are still regularly prepared in Excel and e-mailed. Because Excel is not directly equipped for this purpose, it is time-consuming and in addition the appearance often leaves much to be desired. JEM-id has therefore developed HortiHeat. This online marketing tool ensures that users can quickly e-mail offers in professional layouts. This allows you as a grower to easily reach your entire network and keep it updated. Growers can use HortiHeat independently or in collaboration with a sales organization. Because HortiHeat is used online, users always have their business relations and contacts at hand (e.g. via their mobile phone or tablet). The more frequent the user has contact with his customers, the closer the contact in HortiHeat becomes. This allows you as a grower to see more quickly which customers, for example, have not been in contact for a while. Through a link with FloraXchange growers can easily and immediately get to work.
