Bakker.com to restart business

Bakker.com will restart its business, according to the final report on bankruptcy which was published on March 27. The curator, Mr E.A.H. ten Berge, reports that several parties have been spoken to and negotiated with, and that an 'extensive bidding process' has been carried out. These talks and negotiations have resulted in an 'assets agreement', in which the agreements with regard to the takeover are stipulated.

"The transaction involves real estate belonging to Bakker.com Vastgoed Beheer B.V. and a part of the movables belonging to the other bankrupt partnerships. The movables not involved in the transaction will be auctioned in the coming period by Troostwijk Veilingen B.V. through internet auctions."

The bankruptcy report can be read here (In Dutch).
