NL: Princess Margriet to attend Holland Bulb Market’s 150-year anniversary

Princess Margriet of the Netherlands will attend the 150th anniversary celebration of the Holland Bulb Market in Heiloo on Friday, April 20.

The Dutch flower bulb company focuses on breeding new varieties of tulip, iris and amaryllis, and the cultivation and export of flower bulbs, cut flowers and plants. Holland Bulb Market exports more than 5,000 varieties of flower bulbs and perennial plants to over 50 countries worldwide.



During the celebration, the 150-year history of the family business will be highlighted. Princess Margriet will baptize a new amaryllis and attend the flower show.
