Iran prepares for 'biggest horticulture trade fair ever'

In less than a month, the 3rd edition of the International Horticulture Trade Fair IGTF will take place in the Tehran Exhibition Center. With over 125 exhibiting companies, this will be the biggest edition since its start in 2016, but also the biggest one ever held in Iran. Horticulture has been positioned as a key sector and for this reason great importance is given to the further development of this industry.

Over 60 companies from Iran will be participating as well as many international companies from countries such as Turkey, Netherlands, Italy, France, Spain, Germany, India, China and Azerbaijan. The fair is expected to attract, amongst others, growers, traders and investors from all parts of Iran, but also from countries surrounding the Islamic Republic of Iran. With 80 million inhabitants, Iran is a huge market and offers great business opportunities for international horticulture exporting companies around the world. Holland is the biggest international participant in this fair with almost 30 horticulture related exhibitors.
