Selecta One has new Dianthus and Early Spring Crops catalogues
In 2017 the company took a new approach concerning its sales strategy with a special pot carnation by addressing end consumers with a nationwide campaign for the first time. They continue the communications strategy for the mini carnation Pink Kisses under the slogan, "Pink Kisses as beautiful as our friendship".
The breeder added a colourful and modern trio to its new pot carnation generation: Peach Party, Early Love and Purple Wedding.
The second edition of the Early Spring crops catalogue sets the mood for spring and offers weather-resistant varieties in striking colours, which are especially important on the market at this time of year. The Aubrieta series, which stands out with an especially homogenous growth habit and which is early flowering – compared to other varieties on the market – was complemented by two new colourful varieties from the company's own breeding programme. A new variety in a rich, burgundy-like red colour complements the Calynopsis series and the Pericallis series Senetti consists now of seven early flowering varieties in modern colours including the new variety in modern violet. Another new variety in heavenly blue is the Lithodora diffusa Heavenly Blue.
