NL: Parfum Flower Company becomes part of Dutch Flower Group

Dutch Flower Group recently acquired Parfum Flower Company (PFC), a market leader in the field of fragrant roses. Based in the Netherlands, they export to many destinations worldwide.

For Dutch Flower Group it is the third acquisition in a short period of time. Last month My Peony Society became part of Dutch Flower Group, and earlier this month The USA Bouquet Company was purchased.

Wouter de Vries, managing director PFC

"Within the Dutch Flower Group, PFC will have its own role with its distinctive collection of roses and will work on expanding its market position through the Coloríginz platform", the organization reports.

The management of PFC remains the same, so Managing Director Wouter de Vries will continue to oversee operations within DFG. In mid-July 2018, PFC will move to its new home on Cotoneaster 70 at business park Zuid in De Kwakel.

"With the strong distinctive character of Parfum Flower Company, we see great opportunities for expanding our market position in this strategic alliance. Especially the international export network of wholesalers that DFG works together with will be able to make a major contribution," says De Vries.
