The price of a perfect Valentine's Day

Suppose there is such a thing as a perfect Valentine's Day, and this perfect day would consist of: a dozen roses, a day at the spa, a dinner in a 1+ star restaurant, a visit to the cinema, and a night at a proper hotel. What would it cost?

Bloomy Days, a German flower delivery company, found out. For 50 cities, they added up the prices and concluded that Prague is the cheapest Valentine city, at 430.84 euros. Los Angeles will set you back the most: 1237.45 euros. When it comes to just roses, the Belgian cities of Brussels and Bruges are cheapest, at 22 euros for a dozen. Twelve roses in Seoul are a tad more expensive though, at a whopping 80 euros.
