Currently more than 1 million electric cars in EU

Nice to know, in Europe there are now more than 1 million electric cars driving around. Especially a boost in the sales over the first half of this year has ensured that this number has now been reached. In this respect the EU has beaten the USA which hopes to reach the 1 million mark later this year. However, both the US and Europe are lagging behind China, which already in 2017 reached this number.
