Colombia: 250 chrysanthemum varieties at Delishow 2018
In the week of August 27th, many breeders in Medellin, Colombia opened their doors to their growers. One of them was breeder of chrysantemum Deliflor. At their Deli-show, 250 different varieties for worldwide cultivation were in full bloom. Lourdes Reyes of BallSB and Dutch breeder of Agriom Andre Smaal were also invited and share with us their impressions.
"We were very happy and grateful to be invited", Reyes tells. "It all looked very neat, both in terms of presentation as in blooming. The flowers were all blooming and it showed all the care they took in planning the trial. All in all, I found it very professional and very nicely done".
