Florensis awarded Hortis Legal ‘Audit Certificate Royalty Obligations’
The royalty audits comprise the physical inspection of production and storage locations on the one hand, and the audit of the licensees’ financial records on the other hand.
An audit was performed at Florensis (www.florensis.com) on 23 November 2016 on behalf of several breeders when the financial records for 2015 were compared with the royalty reports submitted by Florensis for the sale of licensed products in that year.
Florensis passed this audit and has therefore been awarded the official Hortis Legal 'Audit Certificate Royalty Obligations’.
