One ring to rule it all

Yes, maybe this might become a 'thing': a ring for everything. ATM card, key, car, passwords, subscriptions, etc. And at the end of the day, maybe even something for public transport.

Tokenring is an American start-up that put the ring on the market last year. An app has to be installed, on which all kinds of possible applications can be downloaded. Furthermore, the ring works with a fingerprint scanner, so it is of no use to third parties and a sensor measures the distance to the lock/computer/ATM/etc, so that nobody or nothing at a distance of more than a few centimeters can undertake unwanted action.
