Jet Fresh Flowers in Ecuador started planting “Sandy” in the greenhouse where they recently eradicated “Ambiance.”
In addition to planting a new rose variety, the farm also cleared space to begin the installation process for the new greenhouse.
Jet Fresh Flower Growers, S.A. already has 11 greenhouses, and will soon have another to make room for new rose varieties.
Using a tractor, they plowed (arado) through the land preparing the soil for planting. Years ago this was achieved with the help of buffaloes. The tractor makes it much easier, of course!
