UK: Greenhouse turns crater into an architectural attraction

The Eden Project is a greenhouse built into a crater in Cornwall, UK. Constructed in 1998, turning wasted land into an architectural marvel and popular attraction. The Eden project consists of eight domes that cover about 5.5 acres. The domes are paneled with plastic bubbles that adapt to the changing topography. Thousand of plant varieties are grown inside. The rain forest biome features a tropical climate and the Mediterranean biome showcases a temperate atmosphere.
