UK: National Cut Flower Centre secures funding for coming 5 years

The National Cut Flower Centre (CFC) has secured funding from the AHDB for a further five years of trials and investigations; this open evening represents the output from the first full year of the new programme of work.

This year's open evening will commence with four short presentations covering biopesticide use, Fusarium detection, weed control in larkspur and a summary of the 2018 CFC trials programme.

A mobile, on-site diagnostic laboratory will also be present at the event providing an opportunity for growers to bring in plant samples for examination and diagnosis.
