Schoneveld Breeding is organizing its Cyclamen Open Days again this autumn. This year they will take place for the very last time at the location at Dernhorstlaan in Twello. At the start of 2019 all departments will be moved to the new greenhouse complex in Wilp.
During these Cyclamen Open Days Schoneveld shows all their series and varieties of Cyclamen Super Series with the latest introduction, the Donatello, the silver leaved sister of the popular Verano. There is also opportunity for a sneak preview of new expected introductions.
The Cyclamen Open Days take place from October 22nd to November 9th.
During the Cyclamen Open Days the breeder will show various tests, including a fertilization test, in which the effects of an adapted fertilization strategy on the shelf life of cyclamen are investigated. In addition, there is also a sustainability test, conducted in collaboration with other breeders and Royal FloraHolland, organized by the National Cyclamen Committee of LTO Glaskracht Nederland.
