Eryngium ebracteatum: entry for 'Show your Colours' at IPM Essen

This versatile plant is one of the entries for the annual 'Show your Colours' at IPM Essen. The awards will be announced on Thursday January 26th at this premier event for the global plant sector.

Rijnbeek & Son Perennial Export BV have entered Eryngium ebracteate var. poterioides which proved to be a very popular plant on their Plantarium booth last year. It provides garden ideas or compositions – modern, classic or back to the nature style. It’s interesting as a garden-and a cut-plant for the retail, landscape and floristic sectors.

In March 2004, Eryngium ebracteate was named as the 'Must Have' plant by Daily Telegraph in the UK. Since then it has remained largely unknown and unavailable for a long period.

You can visit Rijnbeek & Son at stand 12A20.2.
