In November 2022, Quick Plug Global was acquired by American-based Profile Products LLC. Both Quick Plug and Profile Products bring innovative products to horticultural and crop production markets. Through this acquisition, Profile Products has expanded its reach into new markets in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, and Profile Products will have its own stand at the IPM Essen in Germany for the first time.
During the IPM, the company will feature its complete line of growing solutions that includes HydraFiber substrates, Quick Plug bonded plug technology, and BioStrate Felt Rolls, suitable for vertical farming, cultivation of young plants and retail. In addition, the company will introduce HydraFiber® Specialty Short Fiber, the latest innovation specifically aimed at the cultivation of young plants.
