Channel Island Plants (UK) are looking forward to an exciting new year with the introduction of a new look catalogue, featuring cultural information and more detailed information on all of the lines supplied. See below some of the many new varieties offered.

Kerley & Co - Petunia Designer & Tumbelina - New breeding from the world renowned Petunia breeders. This year CIP (UK) introduce Petunia Designer Buzz Purple, a trailing novelty Petunia, suitable for making stunning baskets and patio pots and a new addition to the Tumbelina range named Bella. This is a bicoloured mound forming, double Petunia, with purple centre with deep white rim, ideal companion to Anna, which is also now available.

Breier/Cohen’s new breeding for 2018 includes Nemesia Honey Dark Yellow, a new colour in the popular upright Nemesia, compact and ideal for pot production, Lobularia Awesome Bicolour Dark Purple White a new colour in this highly scented variety. Ideal cool-grown for early season pot and basket production, Petunia Happy Giant Pink Mix, an unusual novelty Petunia, with huge pink flowers with a white wash running through it.

Suntory/MNP Flowers have a number of new introductions including Argyranthemum Grandaisy – a new series introduced from the world renowned Suntory breeders. Each colour has huge, fast growing flowers with a contrasting eye, suitable for most climates, can be used as a patio plant, in balcony boxes and as a bedding plant. The show stand at Four Oaks is always eye-catching and a blaze of colour, packed with as many plants as possible. It is always worth a visit to stand A1 – A3.
