Canada: Acelepryn registered for greenhouse and outdoor ornamentals

Flowers Canada Growers is very pleased to announce that Acelepryn (chlorantraniliprole) is now registered for use on greenhouse and outdoor ornamentals to control Japanese Beetle. It is approved for use under CFIA's Japanese Beetle Program and is now an alternative to Intercept/Admire (imidacloprid) and Dursban T (chlorpyrifos). FCG would like to thank all those who helped out with this expedited registration including Syngenta Canada Inc., The Pest Management Regulatory Agency and The Ontario Ministry of Agriculture Food and Rural Affairs. Please find the currently approved label here.
