In April Smiemans Pojecten started the renovation of the project in Kandel, Germany. This is an existing DIY store and Garden Centre; Baron Gartenwelt. The existing Garden Center will change completely.
Onto the DIY store a beautiful new entrance in the form of a corridor of 100 metres long will be built. On the existing concrete structure we mount a complete new glazed roof, creating a bright natural environment in which the climate can easily be controlled. In this area the seasonal products will be sold. Smiemans will also do works onto the existing structures, making it ready for its new modern garden centre function.
