FloraHolland: Standards and Simplification Programme split into individual projects

The FloraHolland 2020 Standards and Simplification programme will no longer continue as a separate programme.

The programme will be taken over as separate projects by the normal FloraHolland line organisation. The introduction of modern and globally applicable standards in the fields of Logistics, ICT, Product and Production remains an important objective in the FloraHolland 2020 strategy, as does the simplification of the ICT systems.

Why is it no longer a programme?
The FloraHolland MT realised that the creation of standards in a wide range of fields would not be easy to achieve in one programme. Standards for logistics demand other knowledge and another approach than for example standards for horticultural products. In addition, this specific knowledge is already available in the normal line organisation, so that is a more logical place for it.

Other information
The departments that will be taking on the separate projects will state the resources they will need to carry them out in their annual plan for 2016. More information will follow in the autumn.
