Uganda: Flower exports up by 1%

In an article in Business Week about Ugandan exports, they report a growth of 1% in flower exports. "Flower exports grew slightly by 1% in terms of foreign exchange earnings, thus from $56.8 million in 2013 to $57.4 million in 2014. Uganda exported 14,162 metric tonnes of flowers to the Netherlands the leading importer of Ugandan cut-flowers in 2014 compared to 6,572 metric tonnes in 2013.
