Franz Hoenselaar is a grower of hydrangeas. The nursery called Gartenbau Hoenselaar is located in Bedburg-Hau, Germany. The company cultivates hydrangeas in a 5000m2 greenhouse an on 8ha open field. Their main crop is the Hydrangea macrophylla. Also the Hydrangea paniculata, Anemones, echinacea and hibiscus syriacus are being cultivated at Gartenbau Hoenselaar.
In order to enhance the recognizability, the hydrangeas are supplied in colored pots. In the coming years, the company will put five new hydrangea varieties on the market. For Gartenbau Hoenselaar, the auction is an important selling tool. They are collaborating closely with Veiling Rhein-Maas. The products will be auctioned every day from May to October.
