Holland presents seed industry during second edition of 'Seed meets Technology’
The second edition of Seed meets Technology will take place from September 22nd until September 25th. The event has grown to 25 participants this year. Participants will be showing their latest innovations to professionals in the sector. Seed Meets Technology focuses on both national and international seed breeders and resellers, as well as growers and suppliers of related products. The program is especially interesting for seed technologists, operators and growing specialists.
Seed meets Technology is about adding value to horticultural seed in the broadest context. At the event one will see coating systems, seed treatment trials, varieties, automated phenotyping, seed processing, specialized software, climate and growing systems. Participants will show their innovations at the trial field and at the exhibition.
The initiators of Seed meets Technology are Incotec, Seed Processing Holland, Proeftuin Zwaagdijk and Leba. New participants this year are: Seminis, Prudac, Bakker Brothers, 30MHZ, Green Simplicity, Certhon, Data Technologies, Fond and Rolan Robotics.
Meeting point
The event is a meeting point for visitors of the various open days at seed companies in the Seed Valley region that week. Seed meets Technology visitors can complete their program with visiting the open field days of Syngenta, Pop Vriend, Bejo Seeds, Sakata and Hazera.
