Having received a complete overhaul, Howard Nurseries catalogue is now available in full colour for the first time in its 46 year history.
This year, alongside using images from the Howard Nurseries digital library, the grower has now included the work of local photographers to help assist customers with their plant identification of the 1500+ hardy perennial field grown and container varieties that are available for sale this season.
Howard Nurseries, who won a Gold Medal at the Royal Horticultural Society’s Chelsea Flower Show, started with growing herbaceous perennials 45 years ago and increased drastically over the last few years, from 0.5 acres to 140 acres. At the moment, they sell 1 million plants annually and their assortment consists of 1,500 varieties. The plants are propagated in their own greenhouse and placed in the open ground afterwards in Wortham, the UK.
