This year, Dutch Flower Group (DFG) has nominated nine growers for the Dutch Flower Awards 2015. The awards will be handed out in the categories cut flowers, plants and foreign suppliers.
It is the fourteenth time in a row that DFG, through the Dutch Flower Awards, puts its chain partners, the growers, in the spotlight. The announcement of the winners will take place at the FloraHolland Trade Fair in Aalsmeer on Thursday 5 November at 3 p.m. at the DFG stand (18.2).
Nominees for 2015
In the category cut flowers nominations went to J.W. Knoppert & Zn., Moerman Lilium and Kwekerij De Landscheiding. In the category plants Piko Plant, Solis Plant and Smit Kwekerijen were nominated for the Dutch Flower Awards 2015. Growers Ejido Las Lomas (Mexico), Afriflora (Ethiopia) and Flora Farms / Blomkloof (South Africa) are the foreign suppliers who were nominated.
Preferred Partner Recognition
This year DFG will again pay special attention to chain partners who deserve special recognition for the intensive and future oriented cooperation between the supplier and Dutch Flower Group companies. After the ceremony of handing over the Dutch Flower Awards to the winners, the Preferred Partner Recognition will be presented.
